1. What would you like to see in the presentation ?

 
How about covering the Business Analysis process that should be undertaken before or as a part of a SharePoint
implementation project?
 
That same analysis should also be utilized to determine which existing components need to be migrated and which components can be deleted or not migrated during an upgrade/migrate to a new version of SharePoint.
 
This would be the same analysis the needs to be completed for any software development project.
 
The presenter could go through the steps (from a 10,000 foot view) that need to be completed and in what order and why.
 
They could go in more detail or lower level if time allows or during the Q/A portion.
 
Going through the Business Analysis process would eliminate setting up unneeded, incorrect or incomplete components and having to make emergency additions & changes after SharePoint is in production due to something of major importance to the SharePoint users that was missed or not completed explored or fleshed out when only a Systems Analysis process was completed.
